“Fairy Mask” – sketch

Objectives:

• To layer different media together in order to achieve desired results. In this case, making the clothing and mask shapes hard edged in order to come forward (ie. more important) from the soft shaped edge of the body frame. Since this is part of the character development process, I’m more interested in the aspects that will create a unique and memorable silhouette to the figure.
